She continues to champion the Career-related Programme (CP), innovation, and leadership development to build future-ready learners.

As a Senior IB World Schools Manager at the IB Global Centre in Singapore, Suman brings over 30 years of experience in education across Asia and Africa. Throughout her career, she has held various key roles within the International Baccalaureate (IB), including external examiner, workshop leader, and evaluation leader. In her current role, Suman provides specialized support to schools, helping them implement IB programmes and translate IB principles into effective practice. She offers guidance throughout schools' journeys, from preparing for their first IB assessments to undergoing programme evaluations, ensuring they achieve optimal outcomes for students.

Wilma has dedicated over 25 years to the field of education, working in various roles including administration, counselling, teaching and leadership. Her journey with the Career-related Programme (CP) began 13 years ago, when her school became the first flagship institution in Hong Kong and East Asia to offer the CP. She is also an IBEN workshop leader, school visit team leader, school consultant, and curriculum developer for the CP.

Vijay is a science educator with a specialisation in Chemistry, who has also held the role of MYP, CP, and DP Coordinator at different points in time in schools, helping to achieve authorization for these programmes. He is good with collaboration and empowering others through thoughtful delegation. He believes educators working in collaboration can help create a better teaching and learning environment for students and that students need to develop competencies and skills that will help them stay inspired and motivated to become life-long learners.

Dr Benedict Hung, Senior IB World Schools Manager

Dr Benedict Hung is a Senior IB World Schools Manager based at the IB Global Centre in Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience in education and has worked in a number of IB continuum schools in Asia and North America. Benedict has served in various capacities as a mathematics teacher, an administrator, and an author of mathematics textbooks. Benedict holds a master’s degree in education technology and his doctoral dissertation is on service-learning and global citizenship.
